FAQ
How do I choose the right size?
Choosing the right size can be tricky, so each listing includes a size guide. If you're still unsure, feel free to email us at EMAIL, and we’ll provide exact garment measurements for you.
Is your linen OEKO-TEX Certified? Is it organic?
Yes, all the linen we use is OEKO-TEX Certified, ensuring no harmful chemicals are used in production. While our clothing is not organic, we take care to avoid harmful substances and chemical additives in the manufacturing process.
How should I wash my linen clothing?
Caring for linen is easy: you can hand wash or machine wash your linen items at low temperatures. Linen can be tumble-dried on low heat, but we recommend air drying for best results. Avoid bleach, optical brighteners, or harsh detergents, as these can weaken the fibers.
Does linen wrinkle easily?
Yes, wrinkles are a natural part of linen’s charm and signify its high quality. More wrinkles typically mean purer linen, while fewer wrinkles may suggest a blend with cotton. The flax fibers in linen have low elasticity, creating a natural, lived-in texture.
What if I want to return or exchange an item?
You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective. For more details, please refer to our Return Policy.
Care
For the best care, wash linen fabrics separately using lukewarm water (max 40°C / 104°F) or cold water on a gentle cycle. Use a mild detergent that’s specially designed for delicate or linen materials. Avoid bleach and detergents with color brighteners, as they can damage and weaken the fabric. Be sure to not overload your washing machine, and rinse your linen thoroughly to eliminate any detergent or fabric softener residue.
Linen can be tumble-dried on low heat, but we recommend removing it while slightly damp. Let it finish drying naturally by air-drying or laying it flat to preserve its texture and integrity.
